- PR: IQC06355009004. This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Wire Rope Assembly. It will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. There are three approved sources of supply: Raytheion Technical Services, Cage: 3B150, Foresight Products Inc., Cage: 69403, and Certified Sling, Cage: 57282. The NSN and Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) are as follows: NSN: 4010-01-194-9238; Base Year AEQ: 424 each; Option Years 1-4 AEQ: 424 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination; Inspection/ /Acceptance: Origin; Delivery: 75 days after receipt of order. DSCR may or may not currently have an approved bidset available for this NSN. If a bidset exists for this material/NSN, it will be posted at the following website: https://pcf1.bsm.dla.mil/cfolders/. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about March 2, 2007. The anticipated award date is August 2, 2007. In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c )(1), other than full and open competition applies. The solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offers for part numbered items cited in the AID: This agency has no data available for evaluating the acceptability of alternate products offered. In addition, to the data required in subparagraph (c) (2) of clause L17C01 (52.217-9002), the offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the AID, sufficient to establish that the offeror?s product is equal to the product cited in the AID.
