This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on its issue date of 3-2-07. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS SOLICITATION INCLUDES A COMPACT DISK WHICH MUST BE RETURNED TO THE BUYER. FOR A COPY OF THIS DISK PLEASE CONTACT JOHN LIDONNICE AT 614-692-4711. Specifications, plans, or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed ten years. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This proposed procurement is for an initial population of 510 NSNs which covers the following Federal Supply Classes: 1005, 1010, 1015, 1025, 1055, 1240, 1290, 2510, 2520, 2530, 2540, 2590, 2815, 2910, 2930, 2990, 3020, 3040, 3110, 3120, 4010, 4030, 4310, 4320, 4330, 4420, 4710, 4720, 4730, 4810, 4820, 4910, 4931, 4933, 4940, 5310, 5330, 5331, 5340, 5360, 5365, 5850, 5855, 5930, 5945, 5950, 5995, 5998, 5999, 6110, 6150, 6620, 6650, 6680, and 6685.
