Northrop Grumman (26512) P/N 1128AV43181-1, quantity 23 each, including option, FOB destination to New Cumberland PA, delivery in 420 days if FAT required, or 120 days if FAT waived. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See notes 1 & 26. The solicitation, attachments and any subsequent amendments will be available after the issue date at https://www.dibbs/bsm.dla.mil/RFP. The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Proposed procurement contains a 45% option for increased quantities.
