- The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) has a requirement for renting a Scaffolding System for a period of 75 (Seventy-Five), Calendar Days. Contractor shall furnish all equipment, labor, material and services to design and install a scaffolding system, to be used by AOC Personnel for providing access to ceilings and archways in the Thomas Jefferson Building of the Library of Congress, Washington D.C. Solicitation package for this requirement will be published on the AOC Website on MARCH 01, 2007. INTERESTED PARTIES ARE ENCOURAGED TO DOWNLOAD THE ELECTRONIC VERSION, AS THIS WILL EXPEDITE RECEIPT OF THE SOLICITATION.
