This synopsis is a notice of intent to award a contract to CAMOPLAST ROCKLAND, LTD 1 Martina Circle, NY 12901-7421 for COLORADO ARMY NATIONAL GUARD/CSMS facility in Longmont, CO. Item BV-206 Tracks, Camoplast part number 71BV1 (TEMA 05 BV 206 DC/LK), NATO Stock Number 2530-25-138-9113 is the item to be purchased. It is essential that above be compatible with existing equipment and requirements. Currently CAMOPLAST ROCKLAND, LTD is the only known provider of the above mentioned item with the features tha t are required by the COARNG. Responses received within 5 days, No later than 1400 MST 19 FEB 2007, after this publication all replies will be fully considered if they contain clear and convincing documentation as proof of being more advantageous to the Government. This synopsis of intent to award a contract shall not be considered a solicitation document; therefore, no contract award will be made on the basis of any response to this notice.
