Description
REQUIREMENT: WATER WELL PUMPS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number is F2N33S6243A200 and this solicitation is issued as request for quotation (RFQ). This synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-14. The associated NAICS code is 333911. DESCRIPTION of SUPPLIES/SERVICES and QUANTITY 0001- Grundfos Well Pump Part# SP60-11, stainless steel, impeller and motor. 22Kw motor 3 Ph, 380V/50Hz, pump outlet size Rp 4. Quantity: 8 Ea/ 0002- Grundfos Well Pump Part# SP60-10, stainless steel, impeller and motor. 18.5Kw motor, 220V-230V/50Hz, pump outlet size Rp 4. Quantity 2 Ea "OR EQUAL" products will be accepted. Contractors submitting proposals for "Or Equal" items must include specifications with proposals for all "Or Equal" items offered. Date/Delivery and Acceptance and FOB Point: All offerors must include a proposed delivery date or time and shipping costs if applicable and FOB Destination point to: Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, FISC Ocean Terminal, BLDG CEP 201, 9248 Virginia Avenue, Norfolk, VA 23511. All FAR clauses and provisions incorporated into this synopsis/solicitation can be obtained via Internet at: http://farsite.hill.af.mil or http://www.acquisition.gov/far/index.html Offerors shall provide a firm fixed-price offer. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Successful contractor must meet all the responsibility requirements of Subpart 9.1 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). A written notice of award or acceptance of offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party in accordance with FAR 52.212-2(c) Evaluation-Commercial Items.
