- The Defense Commissary Agency requests offers to provide telephone service to the following Defense Commissary Agency commissary locations. Mitchel Field Commissary, Bldg 84, Garden City, NY; Scotia Commissary, Bldg 606 7th St., Scotia, NY; and Portsmouth Commissary, 167 Beaumont St., Portsmouth, NH. An offer may be submitted on one or all locations and may result in multiple awards. This acquisition will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price Type contract with a base year of 12 months and 4 one-year option periods. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on or about February 15, 2007. This RFP will be issued on an unrestricted basis.
