- REQUIREMENTS: General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 16,640 square feet of rentable space and 14 parking spaces in the Houston, Texas area. This space must be contiguous office space and should not include space to be deducted from the gross area for electrical air/air conditioning/heating closet, janitor closet, and vestibule. Department of Homeland Security Transportation Security Administration will occupy the space. LEASE TERMS: The terms of the lease shall be for 10 years, 5 years firm. LOCATION: Sites which are located directly within a five (5) mile or less radius of George Bush Intercontinental Airport. SUBMITTAL: 1) Building name and address; 2) Rentable square feet and rate per rentable square foot; 3) Method of measurement used to determine rentable square foot; 4) Common area factor available space; 5) Name, address, and telephone number of individual to contact and evidence of authority to represent the owner; 6) RSF for as is space and any standard TIs offered, Written responses are required not later than March 06, 2007; verbal responses will not be considered. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In no events shall the offerer enter in negotiations concerning the space to be leased with representatives of Federal Agencies other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration.
