- The Bureau of the Public Debt, on behalf of the Inter-American Foundation (IAF), intends to issue a solicitation for a Contractor to teach Spanish at the entry, intermediate and advanced levels. The key personnel shall be fully fluent in Spanish and English, spoken and written and have sound knowledge of main-stream Spanish (closeness to the Real Spanish Academy) and also of Latin American regionalism and uses. The Government contemplates award of a fixed-price contract resulting from this solicitation. The period of performance will be for a base period of one year and four one-year option periods. These services are to be provided at the IAF Headquarters in Arlington, Virginia. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The North American Classification Code is 611630 and the small business size standard is $6.0 million.
