Description

A. Site Visit: The site visit is scheduled for Saturday, February 17, 2007, at 8:00 am. We will meet at the Crittenberger Central Office, Building 4553 Fayette Avenue, Fort Knox, KY 40121-2572. You will need to show proof of insurance, registration, and a valid driver's license. Passengers only need to show photo ID when entering post. We expect the in-brief to start around 8:30 AM. We anticipate the site visit at Fort Knox will last approximately four hours. B. Directions: Enter the Main Gate off of 31W. Follow Bullion Blvd to the second traffic light and turn left on Chaffee Ave, proceed down Chaffee and turn right on Ballard Ave then immediately left on Fayette Ave. Follow Fayette to the end and we are located on the left: Crittenberger Central Offices, Building 4553. C. Transportation will be offered for those who wish not to drive on their own during the site visit. D. We request that all offerors bring their own copy of the Performance Work Statement and Solicitation Instructions. E. Question Due: All questions are due no later than 2 p.m. Eastern Time on February 27, 2007. F. Past Performance Questionnaires: Offerors shall also ensure that the Past Performance Questionnaires (Attachment J1) are completed by at least three separate customers. These customers shall submit this questionnaire directly to the Contracting Office at the address specified at the bottom of the form no later than 2 p.m. Eastern Time on April 12, 2007. G. Proposal Due Date: The due date (closing date) is on or before 2:00pm Eastern Time on April 19, 2007. Submission shall be via email to Tracy Lambert (Tracy.Lambert@mms.gov). NOTE: Due to e-mail server and pipeline limitations, please limit the size of each e-mail with attachments to 3 MB.
