- Deliver 3,190 tons of 18" Crushed Concrete RipRap free of all steel to Texas Chenier Plain National Wildlife Refuge Complex, Anahuac, TX 77514 FOB Destination Anahuac NWR. Specify delivery in Weeks after Receipt of Order. The following FAR Terms and Conditions apply: 52.213-4, Terms and Conditions for simplified acquisitions; 52.232-5, Designation of Office for Government Receipt of Electronic Funds Transfer Information. Clauses can be accessed at the following website: www.arnet.gov/far. Award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. Vendors wishing to respond to this combined synopsis/RFQ will provide this office with the following: Price quote with correct remittance address, a completed copy of FAR clause 52.213-03, Offeror Representations/Certifications-Commercial items. Offeror agrees to hold prices firm for 30 calendar days from the date specified for the receipt of offers. Offers are due no later than February 28, 2007, 3 pm local time.
