Description

Contractor shall furnish facilities, labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to perform packing, crating, storage and movement of Household Goods and Personal Property, Fort Dix, New Jersey. The period of performance is twelve months from date of award with two (2) one year option periods. This is a Requirements contract. There are two schedules. Schedule I, Outbound includes Areas One, Two and Three and Schedule II, Inbound includes Areas One and Two. Multiple awar ds are possible. The NAICS code, SIC code and size standard for this procurement are 484210, 4214, $900,849.55. Pursuant to FAR 19.5, this acquisition is set aside for competition restricted to small business concerns. All other firms are deemed ineligi ble to submit bids. Small Business firms shall request a solicitation package in writing. Requests may be mailed to Army Reserve Contracting Center, Directorate of Contracting, 5418 South Scott Plaza, Fort Dix, New Jersey, 08640-5097; faxed to William L ouie 609-562-6933 or emailed to william.louie@dix.army.mil. No telephone requests will be accepted. Requests sent via mail must contain a verifiable return address or they will not be opened. All requests should include the solicitation number, your co mpanys name and address, a point of contact, telephone number, facsimile number, email address if available, Taxpayer Identification Number, Cage Code and DUNS number. A bid opening date has not been established at this time but will be annotated in the final released Invitation for Bid.
