- The U.S. Army Contracting Agency Directorate of Contracting Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Cummins-Wagner to provide labor and material to remove and replace two (2) sewage pumps. Pumps must be compatib le with existing system. No other pumps have been found which are compatible. Pump replacement is time critical so as to prevent any environmental, health and safety issues for the entire Edgewood Area of Aberdeen Proving Ground. NUMBERED NOTE 22 APPL IES. RESPONSES ARE REQUESTED WITHIN 2 DAYS OF THIS POSTING DUE TO TIME SENSITIVITY AND CRITICAL NATURE OF THIS REQUIREMENT.
