- Provide Mohs Surgery Services to beneficiaries of the St. Louis VA Medical Center. A base of 1 year and 4 contract renewal options. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. Prior to submission of a quote, offerors are expected to read the solicitation documentation in entirety to fully understand the scope of work, terms, and conditions of the requirement. Attachments to the solicitation document are in PDF file format and cannot be posted with this solicitation. They can be obtained by emailing the contracting officer.
