- This announcement constitutes Synopsis and Request for Quotation for solid waste collection and disposal service at Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC) complex, Shiprock, New Mexico. The performance period will be from March 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment and transportation to provide the requested service. The contractor shall provide 1 self-contained 30-yd compactor, two 6-yd dumpster and 5 eight-yard dumpsters. NNMC will provide twenty-five 90 gallon containers. The contractor shall submit their bid in accordance with the statement of work and Service Contract Act, Wage Determination NO. 2005-2361, revision date: 09/20/2006. An on-site visit is required prior to submitting bids. The on-site visit shall be no later than Feb. 20, 2007. Contact Roy Clyde at (505) 368-6152 to arrange for the on-site visit.
