- This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis for the Navajo Area Indian Health Service. The following information is provided to assist the Indian Health Service in conducting Market Research of Industry to identify potential contractors for this effort. The applicable NAICS code is 562111, which applies to industry primarily engaged in collecting and/or hauling nonhazardous solid waste (i.e., garbage) within a local area. The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, transportation, material, equipment, and supervision necessary to provide containers and non-hazardous solid waste refuse collection and disposal services for the USPHS-Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center, Kayenta, Arizona in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, instructions and commercial practices.
