- THIS SYNOPSIS IS BEING MODIFIED TO ADD THE END ITEM: THIS NSN IS USED ON THE FOLLOWING AIRCRAFTS: VIKING S-3B, HELICOPTER, LAMPS MARK III, SH-60B, AIRCRAFT, ORION P-3, AND HELICOPTER, SEAHAWK, H60. This solicitation will contain one NSN for a TRANSMITTER LIQUID This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. There is one approved source of supply: LOCKHEED MARTIN, CAGE 98897, P/N 741819-109, APPROVED SOURCE IS SIMMONDS PRECISION, CAGE 89305 The NSN and Annual Estimated Quantity (EAQ) are as follows: NSN 6680-01-042-9864; Base Year EAQ: 24 each, Option Year EAQ: 24 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Destination, 121 days ARO. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 26 February 07. The anticipated award date is 26 APRIL 2007. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26. Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offers for part numbered items cited in the AID: This agency has no data available for evaluating the acceptability of alternate products offered. In addition, to the data required in subparagraph (c) (2) of clause L17C01 (52.217-9002), the offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the AID, sufficient to establish that the offeror?s product is equal to the product cited in the AID. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
