- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) Number SP4410-07-Q-1015. Defense Reutilization and Marketing Service (DRMS) has a requirement for the services of an Occupational Health Nurse Registered Nurse II), on a temporary on-call basis at the Battle Creek Federal Center. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 621399. In order to qualify as a small business your annual income cannot exceed $6,500,000. Wage Determination No. 05-2277 Rev (01) dated 09/12/2006 applies. The contractor is responsible for the Health & Welfare, holidays and the minimum wage under Registered Nurse II of the Wage Determination as stated above. The following clauses will be included into the award: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items, language within this clause regarding submittal of the SF1449 is not applicable. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Item; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions required to implement statutes or Executive Orders Commercial items.
