- Questions & Answers from Site Visit at NATO Corridor / Pentagon 12 February 2007 10:00 AM Q. What is the Period of Performance since Monday 19 February 2007 is a National Holiday? A. The amended Period of Performance is Tuesday 20 Feb - Friday 23 Feb 2007. Q. Can we transport the exhibits to our facility and then Pack & Crate? A. The Government has no preference where the packing and crating occurs. The contractor will build all crates, crates are not provided by the Government. Q. Is it necessary to have a bonded warehouse? A. Yes. Q. In the Performance Work Statement Evaluation Criteria it states the following: -List three (6) references current within the past three (2) years- There is inconsistencies, please clarify. A. This should read -List six (6) references current within the past two (2) years-. Pentagon Access Badges: Contractor shall submit the following information with their proposal for access to the Pentagon for contract award. 1. ALL employees that will be working directly in support of this contract and would need access to the Pentagon Reservation. Full Name Social Security Number Date of Birth Place of Birth 2. The truck that will be used for pickup/delivery. Vehicle Identification Number License Plate Number Make & Color & Model of Vehicle 3. The driver of the truck that will be used for pickup/delivery.
