- U.S. Government Seeks Expression of Interest For Office Space in Omaha, Nebraska Amount: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 26,488 square feet of rentable space. Rentable space must yield a minimum of 23,033 useable square feet, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Location: Space must be located within the city limits of Omaha, Nebraska and within the following delineated area. North: Blondo St. East: 120th St. South: W. Center Rd. West: S. 90th St. Required: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as a part of the rental consideration. Term: Space must be ready for occupancy not later than July 1, 2007. Lease term will be for 10 years, with the Government having cancellation privileges after 5 years. Submission: To submit a location for inspection, please call or write NOT LATER THAN January 25, 2007. Also, include (1) Building name and address, (2) Rentable square feet and rentable rate per square foot, (3) Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet, and (4) Common area factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable.
