- Operation and Maintenance of Military tower apartments cover entire areas of 21 residential tower apartments and incidental facilities. The contractor shall operate, monitor, maintain, and repair A/C & heating systems, High Pressure Steam & High Temperature Water Systems, Plumbing & Drainage Systems, Fire Alarm & Fire Extinguishing Systems, Domestic Hot Water/Cold Water Systems, Ventilation & Exhaust Systems, Power & Lighting Systems, Grounding System and correspond to the occupants resolve deficiencies. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (04-DEC-2006).
