- U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS SOURCES FOR LEASED OFFICE AND RELATED SPACE TAMPA, FLORIDA REQUIREMENT: United States Government is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 8,606 square feet of rentable space. Rentable space must yield a minimum of 7,484 usable square feet, available for use by the Armed Forces Recruiting for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Parking is required for nine (9) Government-owned vehicles and adequate parking is required for 25 to 30 privately owned vehicles and visitors. LOCATION: Space must be located within the following boundaries: North: Busch Boulevard West: Dale Mabry Highway South: John F. Kennedy Boulevard to Crosstown Expressway to Frank Adamo Drive East: I-75 REQUIRED: The total space requirement must be at an economic advantage to the Government, including all upfitting costs, moving and telecommunication relocation costs, and agency?s special requirements. TERM: The lease term will be ten (10) years with the Government having cancellation privileges after the first five (5) years with 60 days written notice. OWNERS & AGENTS: To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by March 2, 2007. Owners and Exclusive Agents only. Anyone else must provide a letter of authorization from the building owner.
