- This is a sources sought notice for OCC Information Technology Program Management support services to achieve the following outcomes: - Better alignment of IT expenditures and business strategies. - Processes for better translating business strategy into technology decisions. - Identification of where resources are being used. - Methods for balancing the use of scarce resources across multiple projects. - Identification of opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and quality. - Effective management of issues that arise that could derail project completion. - Process standardization. - Organizational maturation aligned with PMI's OPM3 maturity standards. - Implementation of best practices in program/project management. - Improvement in the utilization of OCC staff resources. Interested parties who believe they can meet or exceed all of the requirements described in this notice are requested to submit NO MORE THAN 5 PAGES, electronically in writing, appropriate documentation, literature, brochures, and other pertinent information to demonstrate that the stated requirements can be fulfilled. Responses must include the following: Name and address; size of business; Cage Code; and whether they are a small, small-disadvantaged, 8(a), HUB-zone, disabled veteran- or woman-owned business. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for information solicited. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. No solicitation currently exists; therefore, please do not request a copy of a solicitation. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of each interested party to monitor this site for the release of any solicitation or synopsis. Respondents deemed fully qualified will be considered in any resultant solicitation for the requirement. The Government reserves the right to consider a small business or 8(a) set-aside based upon responses hereto. Questions and responses should be emailed to Kevin Linden at kevin.linden@occ.treas.gov.
