- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) webpage located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to purchase on a sole source basis Vicor Power Supplies, P/Ns V24C3V3T75BL, V24C5T100BL, V24C12T100BL, M-FIAM5BH21, VI-882594 and V24C8T100BL, from Vicor Corporation, 25 Frontage Road, Andover, MA 01810-5413. Vicor Corporation is the only company that produces and supports the Vicor products which are required for compatibility with existing equipment. The order shall be firm fixed. FOB Destination shall apply. The quotation number is N00178-07-Q-1110. Simplified Acquisition Procedures shall be utilized for this procurement and it will be awarded on an all or none basis. This procurement is DO priority rated. The NAICS code is 334419 and the size standard is 500. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren Laboratory Procurement Division has implemented Electronic Commerce (EC) in the acquisition area; therefore, this synopsis will be available on the World Wide Web at http://www.nswc.navy.mil/wwwDL/XD/Supply. DoD will no longer award contracts to contractors not registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) database.
