- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia, plans to place an order under an Ordering Agreement with Raytheon Company, 1050 NE Hostmark St., Poulsbo, WA, 98370-7538, on a sole source basis for a Field Service Representative to provide technical and maintenance services in support of the Riverine Group One (RivGru1) units deployed outside of the continental United States (OCONUS) from Late March 2007 through 30 March 2008. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Note 22 applies.
