Include any handling or freight charges. Specify your delivery date in Weeks after Receipt of Order The following FAR Terms and conditions apply: 52.213-4, Terms and Conditions for simplified acquisitions; 52.232-5, Designation of Office for Government Receipt of Electronic Funds Transfer Information. Clauses can be accessed at the following website: www.arnet.gov/far. Award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. Vendors wishing to respond to this combined synopsis/RFQ will provide this office with the following: price quote with correct remittance address, a completed copy of FAR Clause 52.212-03, Offeror Representations/Certifications-Commercial items, and the attached questionnaire filled out. Offeror agrees to hold prices firm for 30 calendar days from the date specified for the receipt of offerss are due no later than February 21, 2007, 3:00pm local time and should be submitted via email to Chuck_Madole@fws.gov or mailed to US Fish and Wildlife Service (CGS), 500 Gold Ave. SW, Room 5108, PO Box 1306, Albuquerque, NM 87103 or faxed to 505-248-6791.
