- The US Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity proposes to award to HCPro, 200 Hoods Lane, Marblehead, MA 01945, on a Source basis the TRICARE Management Activity (TMA), MHS RITPOs Central Credential Quality Assurance System (CCQAS) project. The requirement is for a base period of DOA plus 12 months with the option to exercise two one-year options. Credentialing Privileging Desk Reference Software License that supports CCQAS. The Credentialing Privileging Desk Reference Software License requireme nt is needed by CCQAS in order to: ? Writing and testing database logic is often the most time consuming error-prone phase of building a database application. Rapid SQL Pro can raise the productivity of the ASM Developers while helping to improve code quality ? Clarifies complex data design problems through visually clear 'blueprints', documents the databases, data warehouses and virtually any database driven application and assists the enterprise understand more about its own data. ER/Studio that helps develop ers to build quality into designs and the databases it generates, as it automatically enforces sound database design principles as they are modeled. ? Allows for capture, versioning, comparing and propagating database schemas as they change over time, thereby eliminating the need for error-prone manual processes. RITPO requires specific and unique skill levels, as well as a thorough working knowledge of the CCQAS application. HCPro is the sole developer and only source capable of providing the necessary license due to the unique nature of the software content and m aintenance. This notice is not a request for a competitive quote. Any response to this notice must be submitted in writing to the Government and show clear and convincing evidence that another company is capable of meeting the Governments requirements and that compet ition of the requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no written responses are received at least seven (7) days after the publication of this response, the purchase will be awarded without further notice and without publishing a solicitation .
