- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, is soliciting offers under Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. W912BU-07-T-0023 for Portable Toilet Rental Service for F.E. Walter Dam, White Haven, PA to facilitate the public using the project ar ea. The contractor shall furnish, install and maintain eight (8) portable latrine units, four (4) will be marked men and four (4) will be marked women for F.E.Walter Dam, White Haven, PA., The contractor will have a period of performance for the base year from 01 May 2007 through 30 April 2008 and will contain 4 additional 1-year option periods. Award will be made to lowest responsible offer. The RFQ will be available on or about 14 February 2007. Solicitation documents, plans and specifications will only b e available via the Federal Technical Data Solution (FedTeDS) homepage https://www.fedteds.gov. Interested offerors must register with FedTeDS before accessing the system. FedTeDS registration requires the following information: CCR Marketing Partner Ide ntification Number (MPIN), DUNS Number or Cage Code, Telephone Number, and E-mail Address. Registration Instructions can be found on the FedTeDS website by clicking on the Register with FedTeDS hyperlink. Interested offerors should select the Begin Vendor/ Contractor Registration Process option. Offerors who have registered with FedTeDS must access the data for this solicitation by way of the hyperlink established via the FedBizOpps announcement. Please access www.fedbizopps.gov and click on the hyperlink to FedTeDS www.fedteds.gov. Offerors cannot log into the FedTeDS home page and search for data directly. Offers will be due on 26 February 2007 at 4:00 p.m. eastern time and may be faxed to 215-656-6780. Quotes should include pricing and certifications and r epresentations. Offerors are responsible for printing paper copies of the RFQ. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The North Atlantic Industrial Classification (NAIC) for this procurement is 562991 with a size standard of $6.5 Million. A ffirmative action to ensure equal employment opportunity is applicable to the resulting contract. No other notification to firms for this project will be made. All contractors must be registered in the DODs Central Contract Register (CCR) before award as r equired by DFARS 204.7300.
