The supplier must demonstrate that the supplier can, in fact, repair the items listed above that will b e physically and functionally interchangeable with the units from previous suppliers. Suppliers may find obsolescence issues with certain items. In that case, suppliers should have response to such a problem. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that these items supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army. A technical data package will not be available from the Army due to many errors embedded in the drawing package. Responding suppliers are asked to indicat e their size status in relation to the applicable NAICS code 334511 and size standard 750.
