- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations document (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-05. All applicable provision and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. This procurement is being set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334516, and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase contract for the following products: --Two (2) Andersen Cascade Impactors (ACI), 6-stage microbial (viable) samplers, each to include the following: --6 aluminum stages --7 rubber O-rings --Set of 12 glass Petri dishes with aluminum covers --115 volt pump/motor --Carrying case --Three (3) ACI Glass Petri Plates, This is a brand name requirement. Only the above product will be accepted, no equals will be accepted.
