- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs has a requirement for a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) that will provide primary care to eligible veterans in the Texas counties of Eastland, Hood, Park, Palo Pinto, Callahan and Stephens. Contractor shall provide for the delivery and management of continuous primary and preventive medical care. Contractor shall also provide medical facilities, health care providers, medical equipment and supplies, short-term pharmaceutical prescriptions and administrative support. Compensation shall be made through monthly capitation payments for each patient in accordance with the terms and conditions of the resultant contract. Multiple awards will be considered. Request for Proposal (VA-549-07-RP-0014) will be issued on 01-29-2007 with a due date of 02-22-3007 @ 2:00pm CST. NAICS Code for this requirement is 621498. Size standard is $9.0.
