- Description
- The VA Medical Center, Togus, Maine intends to negotiate a Commercial Item sole source contract with Robert and Mary's Place Adult Day Program, PO Box 5288, Ellsworth, Me 04605. This procurement is to obtain Adult Day Care Services under the requirements of 38 U.S.C. 1720. The Contractor shall meet all Federal, State and Local Laws, Regulations and Codes pertaining to health and safety. The Contractor shall meet the applicable provisions of the latest edition of the National Fire Protection Associations Life Safety Code. The Government intends to award a firm, fixed-price contract for Adult Day Care Services. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The applicable NAICS code is 623110 and applicable size standard is $12.5M. Contract period will be one year from date of award with four available one-year option periods.
