- Request for proposal (RFP) for the operations of the Outreach/Admissions (OA) and Career Transition Services (CTS) program for the state of South Dakota will be available approximately February 27, 2007 on the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) website: http//www.eps.gov. The Government Authorized Representative (GAR) for this contract is Ms. Judy Marvel. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will be a cost plus fixed fee for the OA portion and cost plus incentive fee for the CTS portion. This contract will have a 2 year base period of October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2009 plus three governmental unilateral renewal options of one year each. The contract will be responsible for 425 arrivals and 212 graduates. A pre-proposal conference will be convened at 9:00 a.m. on March 8, 2007 at the A. Maceo Smith Federal Building, 525 S. Griffin Street, Dallas, Texas. We recommend that you download the RFP prior to attending the pre-proposal conference. Proposals in response to this RFP will consist of Oral Presentations and written submissions as described in Section L of the RFP. Written portions of the proposal are due by 12:00 noon local time Friday, April 13, 2007 to the Dallas Regional Office of OASAM. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
