- Request For Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 1620-01-123-0608, 0012565271, Pin Trunnion. An ?Export Control? TDP exists for this NSN. The TDP will only be released to Export Control Certified Requestors. Eligible requestors should submit TDP requests via the following website: https://pcf1.bsm.dla.mil/cfolders/ if export control certification is required, request a DD form 2345 from Defense Logistics Services Center, www.dlis.dla.mil.sampling . This requirement for an Definite Quantity Contract with a base and a 100% quantity option. This requirement will be issued as a service disabled veteran small business set-aside. Proposals will be based on 110 each with a 100% quantity option. Award will be based upon a combination of delivery, price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation with delivery and price being more important. FOB at Destination; Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil .
