- This amendment clarifies the requirement. Each apartment must have a washer and a dryer in the furnishings package. The section, Performance Standards: Dwelling will be available for occupancy by the beginning of the performance period; resident co mplaints concerning utilit ies, property condition, furnishings, etc. no more frequent than one per month, is changed to read resident complaints concerning utilities, property condition, furnishings, etc. shall be addressed within 24 hours and resolved pr omptly. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (09-FEB-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
