- NOTICE OF POSTING OF AMENDMENT 06 AND ATTACHMENTS. Amendment 06 revises Section L, Tab 3.2, Small Business Subcontracting percentages. Also, replaces previously provided JL-04 and 05 with corrected versions. Amendment and attachments are available for download via the NAVFAC website at http://esol.navfac.navy.mil.
