- Type of Space (i.e. office, parking, office and parking, warehouse): Office /Special/ Parking Summary Requirements: (enter one (1) line only): 16,000 RSF of space; Includes conference room space Requirement: U.S. Government is seeking expressions of interest for a fully serviced lease consisting of approximately 16,000 rentable square feet of Class A office and related space, along with along with sufficient parking for employees and visitors. Space should yield a minimum of 10,900 usable square feet. The Government reserves the right to approve the design and will require its design excellence standards be achieved. The building must meet GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant improvements must be provided in consideration of rental to be paid. Unique Requirement (optional): Section 2 of EO 13006 requires that in filling their space needs, federal agencies give first consideration to locations in a specifically prescribed hierarchy as follows: ? Historic properties within historic districts ? Sites within historic districts (whether developed or undeveloped) ? Historic properties outside of historic districts Location/Delineated Area: The space must be within the following boundaries: North- NE Green Oaks Blvd; East- 360; South- I-30; West-N Collins St. Lease Term: The Government desires a 5 year term. Desired Occupancy Date: Occupancy is required no later than May 1, 2007 Expressions of Interest should include the following: 1. Building name/site and address 2. Rentable square feet and rentable rate per square foot 3. Common Area Factor for available space by floor on a single and multiple tenancy basis 4. Offeror?s name, address, phone number 5. Responses by other than the property owner must include written permission of the owner to offer the space.
