- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the NSWC Division Crane. You may also access information on the NSWC, Crane Division web site at http://www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/homepage.htm Naval Surface Warfare Center has a requirement for Spare Parts for the Joint Biological Point Detection System (JBPDS). This requirement will be issued on a sole source basis to General Dynamics Armament and Technical Products Inc. (GDATP), 4205 Westinghouse Commons Drive, Charlotte, NC 28273. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.302-1, it has been determined that the Governments requirements for these supplies can only be met by one manufacturer. There will be multiple minimum/maximum Line Items for these spare parts. A Firm-Fixed Price indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity supply type contract is envisioned for this requirement. Delivery will be F.O.B. destination to NSWC, Crane IN. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination by NSWC, Crane personnel. This solicitation will be available on or about 15 February 2007.
