- The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue a sole source solicitation to Lockheed Martin, Maritime Systems and Sensors, Baltimore, MD for the procurement of VLS Baseline VII modules, INCO spares, INCO Special Tools and Test Equipment, OBRPs, and 2 Year Depot Spares in support of the MK 41 Vertical Launching System (VLS) for the FY07 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirements, to existing contract N00024-98-C-5363 wherein Lockheed Martin subcontracts a major portion of the work to BAE Systems, Armament Systems Division, Minneapolis, MN.
