- U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, intends to award a single source firm fixed-price contract to Primedia Information Inc, dba EquipmentWatch, 1735 Technology Drive Suite 410, San Jose, CA 95110-1333 in accordance with FAR 13.101(b) (1). This procurement is for the purchase 14 different publications covering construction equipment value, operating cost guides, rental rates and specification guides. These publications are available as printed manuals and online. All responsible sour ces may submit a response, which if received timely, will be considered by the District. This synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids or proposals. Responses received by February 26th, at 2:00pm PST will b e considered by the government. Responses can be sent to the point of contact by email (listed below) or fax to (509) 527-7802. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this announcement. This award is unrestricted for business size.
