- The Walla Walla District Corps of Engineers intends to award a single source, firm-fixed price contract to CLIMATE SOURCE, Corvallis, OR. The District requires a Site Specific, Standard Project Flood (SPF) analysis by a contractor familiar with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Geographical Storm Pattern Data Layers and the National Weather Service method for estimating Probable Maximum P recipitation (PMP). The work includes a SPF hydrograph for the Mill Creek Basin and a report documenting the hydrograph, the method used for the SPF, the probable maximum precipitation, the storm pattern and all gauged data used. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541620. Size standard is $6.5 million. All responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements. Submit your response by 20 February 2007, 2:00 PM (PST) to the Contracting Office Address identified in this announcement, to the Point of Contact stated be low. This Notice is not a request for proposals. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this announcement.
