- he project is to provide the Mowing Service for Proctor Lake. Furnish all equipment, tools, materials, labor, supervison, and quality control to provide facility and rea mowing services at Proctor Lake, Comanche, Texas. The Contractor shall performa n in accordance with the Scope of Work (SOW) and all prices here in shall reflect the total cost for all services listed in the Price Schedule and SOW. Funding shall be cited on individual Task Order. The Service Contract Act is applicable to services perf ormed under this contract. This is Firm Fixed Price Contract. This Acquisition is UNRESTRICTED.
