Description

The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) on behalf of the Office of the Army Chief of Chaplains intends to award a sole source contract to Lance Witt, 8 Placita, Rancho Santa Rargarita, Ca 92688, to develop a training curriculum, produce updated t raining curriculum on the Preaching for Life Change series. Include will be instruction materials: How to Craft a Message focusing in on the collection and categorizing of materials, research and reflection, arrangement and application models of mini stry. The materials must be in the military environment which can be applied to ministry in multi-faith, religiously pluralistic environment. He will instruct training materials at three FY07 Chief of Chaplains Training Conferences. During sessions, he will assist in the professional development of all religious faith groups in attendance of sessions. Phone and email consultation as required. Period of Performance will be for the following dates: 21 Feb thru 22 Feb 2007, 12 April 2007, and 28 & 29 Augu st 2007. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive pro posals. However, the Government will consider all capability statements received by 14 Feb 2007, 9:00 AM. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Governmen t.
