- Under the authority of FAR 6.302, the U.S. Army RDECOM Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division, intends to award a sole source contract to Cospolich , Inc.14695 HWY 61 , Norco, LA, 70047-1206 , to furnish and deliver a Self Contained Blast Chiller. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or a request for offers. No solicitation package is available. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract. The North American Indu stry Classification System for this procurement is 333415.
