- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, White River Jct, Vermont intends to negotiate a follow-on sole source construction contract for the dismantling, transportation and erection of two Modular Building with Energy Shield of Hannover, New Hampshire. The project will include the disconnection of utilities, dismantling, and transportation from the buildings current location to VA Medical Center, White River Jct, Vermont. Further the project will include site preparation, erection, and connection of utilities at the VA Medical Center. This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. No Solicitation document is available and telephone inquiries will not be honored; however, interested parties may submit literature detailing how their services meet the VA requirements to the contracting office. Responses received, on or before February 13, 2006 may be considered. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice will be solely at the discretion of the Government.
