- Contractor to provide Early Intervention and Transition Services (EIATS) to eligible veterans of the Department of Veterans Affairs at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center, in Washington, DC and the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, MD. The NAICS code is 624310 and size standard is $6.5 Million. Period of performance is 1 year with 4 - 1 year options subject to availability of funds. Task orders will be issued under an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity Contract as required. A maximum of three awards is contemplated. Responsible sources may submit an offer in accordance with the solicitation which may be obtained electronically at the URL address http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Contractor is responsible for downloading any amendments. All questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. No verbal, email, facsimile and/or telegraphic offers shall be accepted. All responsible sources will be considered.
