Description

The Contractor shall provide to the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center full Architech/Engineering Services as requird to prepare complete technical reports and drawings for the Project 614-07-S012 Fire Protection and Life Safety Plan. The Fire Protection Engineer shall survey, review, verify, document, and update the facility Life Safety plan in a professional and competent manner. Firms desiring consideration shall submit two (2) copies of Standard Form 330 no later than March 12, 2007 10:00am (CST). A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. NAICS 541310. A/E selection criteria will include: (1) Professional qualifications necessary for performance of required services; (2) Specialized experience and technical competence of the A/E Firm with similar type projects; (3) Past performance on contracts with government agencies; (4) Location of A/E Firm; (5) Experience and roles of key design personnel, specifically on related projects. This is not a request for proposal. SF 330 should be mailed to: Phyllis Holder, Contracting Officer (90C), Deparment of Veterans Affairs Medical, 1030 Jefferson Avenue, Memphis, TN 38104.
