- VISN 3 Network Acquisition & Logistics (10N3/NAL-3) intends to award a fixed price contract (multiple award) to supply blood and blood products to the VA New Jersey Healthcare System. Deliveries will be made to the VANJHCS Blood Bank (Building 1) at 385 Tremont Avenue, East Orange, NJ 07018. Blood and Blood products will include blood, packed cells, autologous packed cells, fresh frozen plasma, platelets pheresis, and cryoprecipitate. The period of performance for this contract will be from March 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007 with four (4) option one-year options for renewal. The applicable NAICS code is 621991. This solicitation is unrestricted and will be posted February 9, 2007. It will be available for download at www.fedbizopps.gov.
