- A pre-proposal conference/site visit will be held on Thursday, February 22, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The location is USCG Aircraft Repair and Supply Center, Elizabeth City complex, Building 61, Room 242 (ALSE). Contractors are to register No Later Than Tuesday February 20, 2007, 3:30pm Eastern Time by E-mail to Joanne Murphy, Contract Specialist at Joanne.M.Murphy@uscg.mil and provide Company Name as well as complete names and titles of attendees. Attendees will be allowed access to the aircraft for which Life Rafts will be stowed. Photos will be allowed. Commercial Airports are Norfolk International, Norfolk VA and Newport News/Williamsburg International Airport, Newport News VA. Both are approximately a one-hour drive to the USCG Elizabeth City facility.
