- The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to negotiate on a other than full and open competitive basis with Sybase Inc. for annual licenses, software, product updates and technical support. The SEC intends to award a commercial item contract with the option to renew for four (4) years on or about 13 February, 2007. Sybase is the only known source capable of providing this service.
